Well, that pain is known as tendinitis and today I will show you what its causes are and how you can treat it.

At the end, you will see the different activities that can cause you tendinitis and you will know that not only can affect your shoulders, but also can appear in other parts of your body causing great pain and discomfort. So read to the end and pay close attention, maybe at some point, you had tendinitis. Do you want to know more? Keep reading Remember Share This With Your Friends.

Tendinitis is an inflammation of the shoulder caused by small ruptures of the ligament
This is what causes inflammation and pain around the joint preventing it from being mobilized normally.

What are the main causes?

-An Injury: An accident, a fall, a sharp stretch of the ligaments can cause an injury that left a chronic shoulder tendinitis as a sequel. This can occur in young adults, primarily

Vascular factor: The muscles of that area receive little blood supply and over time poor circulation in the ligament may be the anteroom for a degenerative process.

Age: Time and age are often the cause of multiple conditions linked to the joints. The aging of the ligaments causes them to lose elasticity and cause the degeneration of the same. Shoulder tendinitis begins to appear after 40 years of age.

Muscle overload: Normal movement of the arm when performing certain tasks or due to the practice of some sport where the tendon or ligament is used too much can cause a trauma that affects the tendon structure. This is one of the causes that has increased the most in recent times.

Vascular factor: The muscles of that area receive little blood supply and over time poor circulation in the ligament may be the anteroom for a degenerative process.

Tendonitis can also occur on heels, elbows, and wrists, apart from the shoulders.

Symptoms of shoulder tendinitis:

Pain when raising arms.

Acute pain when performing some activity in particular.

Pain at night. Annoyance to find the proper sleeping position.

When is it time to act?

The pains, in general, are annoying and no one likes to feel bad, but in the case of joint pains, the aggravating is that they prevent us from moving and little by little we are sending to the absolute sedentary lifestyle and dependence on third parties.

The first thing to do in case of tendinitis is to attack mainly the inflammation, this helps to reduce the pain.

You can immobilize the area, to favor the desinflamacin of the ligament and not to submit it to more sacrifices.

You can also resort to the application of compresses intercalating cold-heat for 20 minutes at a time alternating between one and the ot...

8 Signs Someone Has Psychopathic Tendencies! allabouthealthyfood

Psychopathy is actually a personality disorder with various characteristics that indicate a person may suffer from it, some clear, others not so.

In fact, spotting a psychopath isnt easy, because they are manipulative, appear quite normal as well as keep up a superficial charm that fools others.

There are a large number of psychopaths who live in this world unnoticed. Even though not all of them are criminals or murderers, they are psychopaths.

8 Signs a Person Has Psychopathic Tendencies:

They Always Lie

They always lie even if it isnt something that can benefit them. They do it because it gives them a false sense of power.

They Think They Are Superior to Others

These people feel superior to others. Additionally, they think that they are stronger and more intelligent than others. Thats why they often dodge guilt and things of the same kind.

They Have Appealing Personalities

They are usually people that are liked. These people are actually friendly and approachable, not how they are portrayed in movies.

They Dont Feel Empathy

We as human beings are often empathetic towards others. However, a psychopath doesnt feel empathy. These people dont understand and care to the emotions of others.

They Want to Make Others Feel Guilty

Psychopaths usually pick up many small things about everyone in their lives. In addition, they use this kind of thing to get in your trust. Thats not all, they use your vulnerabilities in order to gain control over you. They want to make others feel guilty.

They Dont Feel Guilty

When you hurt someone, you typically feel guilty about it. But, a psychopath doesnt feel guilty.

They Only Value Themselves

Psychopaths are only interested in themselves. This means that these people only value themselves.

They Dont Take Responsibility for Their Actions

Regardless of what they do, it isnt their fault.

It is important to know that someone doesnt have to possess all of the above mentioned traits to have psychopathic tendencies. If they possess 1 or 2 of them, they may have psychopathic tendencies.

If You Eat 2 Bananas per Day for a Month, These 9 Things Happen To Your Body allabouthealthyfood

Bananas are among the most popular fruits in the world and are consumed on a daily basis in the USA, where people eat more of them than oranges and apples combined. Like with most fruits, they contain a variety of nutrients important for our overall health. Bananas are rich in potassium, but low on sodium, which means they can reduce our blood pressure and the risk of cardiovascular problems as well. Bananas are also an excellent source of nutrients and fiber, as well as fructose and sucrose.

Most people think that a brown banana is not good for consumption, but studies have shown that these bananas are actually riper and better for our overall health. Ripe bananas are rich in a compound known as TNF, an anti-cancer compound which can prevent the development of malignant cells. Furthermore, TNF can also improve the communication between cells in the immune system and direct the movement of these cells towards injured and inflamed areas. According to studies, TNF can impair the growth and spread of cancer cells, and, when combined with the antioxidants from the fruit, it will boost white blood cell production and reinforce your immune system.

Heres why you should eat a few ripe bananas every day:

Treat heartburn
Bananas are a natural antacid that can relieve acid reflux and heartburn. Whenever you experience these problems, just eat one bananas and youll feel immediate relief.

Relieve blood pressure
Bananas can lower your blood pressure due to the high potassium levels they contain. They are also low in sodium, which means theyre great for your cardiovascular system.

Boost your energy levels
Eating 1-2 bananas a day will boost your energy levels and improve your endurance during workouts.

Cure anemia
Bananas are rich in iron, a mineral that will boost your hemoglobin levels and red blood cell production, effectively treating anemia.

A great ulcer remedy
The soft and mushy texture of bananas can coat your stomach lining and prevent further acidic irritation.

Cure depression
Bananas are rich in tryptophan, a chemical compound which can turn to serotonin in the body. Serotonin is a powerful mood-improving hormone which can relax you and improve your mood.

Cure constipation
As we already mentioned, bananas are rich in fiber, which will stimulate your digestion and relieve constipation and other digestive problems.

Treat anxiety and PMS
The tropical fruit can regulate your blood sugar levels and contain a variety of vitamins from the B group, which can calm down your central nervous system.

Control body temperature
Bananas can be used to regulate your body temperature if youre down with a fever.

31 Pumpkin Recipes Closet Cooking

Pumpkin Recipes

October is the month for pumpkins! Pumpkins are everywhere and it's the perfect time to take advantage of them because they won't last long. Although pumpkin pie seems to get all of the attention, and with good reason, pumpkin is pretty versatile and it can be used in many different things both sweet and savoury from desserts to breakfasts to appetizers, side dishes and even mains! I am definitely a fan of pumpkin and I always have fun using it in new dishes at this time of year! I thought that it was about time to gather up and share a few of my favourite pumpkin recipes!

A lot of these recipes call for pumpkin puree which is super easy to make at home and perfect during pumpkin season but it is also available canned which is convenient and available year round. Although these recipes are great with actual pie pumpkins you can also make them with other sweet pumpkins and winter squash like butternut squash, which is also easy to roast and puree.

Nuclear War: Challenges with Livestock and Farm Animals Ready Nutrition

ReadyNutrition Readers, this piece is to provide some food for thought for livestock and animals you may have, and therefore would need to protect in the event of a nuclear war.  Forget about the Troll Army that will undoubtedly say that the article is pointless, or were all doomed, or nuclear war isnt real.

Learn How Tactical Gas Masks Can Save Your Life

Everyone who has succeeded first heard a hundred who said they could not.

This piece is designed to give possible solutions to problems you may face with your livestock that may not have been considered.

Naysayers are just an addition to the problem, instead of being part of the solution.

That being said, lets start out with an excerpt from the government regarding livestock and poultry, just to show the mindset you must contend with.  The source is PubMed, and heres the link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3895719

Farm livestock show no measurable effects from being exposed to ionizing radiation unless the level is greatly in excess of the natural background radiation. Possible sources of ionizing radiation which might affect livestock or contribute to radioactivity in the food chain to humans are reactor accidents, fuel reprocessing plant accidents and thermonuclear explosions. Most data on ionizing radiation effects on livestock are from whole body gamma doses near the LD 50/60 level. However, grazing livestock would be subjected to added beta exposure from ingested and skin retained radioactive particles. Results of attempts to simulate exposure of the Hereford cattle at Alamogordo, NM show that cattle are more sensitive to ingested fallout radiation than other species. Poultry LD 50/60 for gamma exposure is about twice the level for mammals, and swine appear to have the most efficient repair system being able to withstand the most chronic gamma exposure. Productivity of most livestock surviving an LD 50/60 exposure is temporarily reduced and long-term effects are small. Livestock are good screeners against undesirables in our diet and with the exception of radioisotopes of iodine in milk, very little fission product radioactivity would be expected to be transferred through the food chain in livestock products for humans. Feeding of stored feed or moving livestock to uncontaminated pastures would be the best protective action to follow.

Courage, content children, culling genius, and we have the solutions! GeoffLawton Online

Hi, this is Geoff,

Weve just completed the one month practical Internship at the Greening the Desert the Sequel project in the Dead Sea Valley, Jordan. The site has totally transformed again, and we actually experienced the first rain of the season, 10 mm. The food forest has been chop-and-drop mulched for the start of the cooler period of the year. New and improved infrastructure elements have been installed, for example a revamped rabbit-connected-to-chicken composting tractor, and shade pergolas for the outside eating area next to the students kitchen and over the wicking bed roof garden. And the local women are very pleased with their new women-only kitchen on the second storey above the students kitchen. Here are some photographs from the site.

Ill be back in Australia by the second week in November, in time for some of the upcoming events at Zaytuna Farm.

So, heres the next...
